Delivery Mode: Each lesson is 3 hours and is conducted in a classroom setting at Informatics Campus.

This programme is designed for those who have a  keen interest in a financial or related career within the accountancy profession.  The course builds on the prior knowledge and skills obtained in the previous years of studies in accounting. Students will acquire further knowledge and understanding of accounting and finance that encompasses the technological, social, institutional and economic dimensions of the environment. This programme will provide students with the technical competency,  a sound basis for further study, training and work; it develops students' intellectual capacity, analytical powers and skills of students through the academically rigorous programme of study. It will satisfy students' educational needs, and will develop the necessary skills to become a financially astute professional.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Academic Level
International Advanced Diploma in Accounting awarded by Informatics Academy or other equivalent qualification deemed acceptable by University

Language Proficiency 
IELTS 6.0; TOEFL iBT 80 (with minimum sub scores of 20)

ASSESSMENT COMPONENT

Consist three types of assessment component (different module has different portion of assessment component)
Type 1: 50% (CW) and 50%(Exam)
Type 2: 30% (CW) and 70%(Exam)
Type 3: 100% (CW)

Upon successful completion of all modules, students will be awarded with a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Accounting and Financial Studies Awarded by University of Central Lancashire.
