Confucius Institute, Nanyang Technological University (CI-NTU) is jointly established by the Office of Chinese Language Council International (Hanban) affiliated with the Ministry of Education, People’s Republic of China and the Nanyang Technological University (NTU), the fastest-rising university in the world’s Top 50.
CI-NTU aims to strengthen Singapore’s Mandarin capabilities and consolidate the link between Singapore and Chinese communities in other parts of the world. Partnering with Shandong University and cooperating with Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU) in China, CI-NTU enjoys strong support from the most renowned universities in China, and engages top-notch lecturers and educators from within and outside of Singapore.
The Institute is located within NTU @One-north campus and neighbouring the HQ of Ministry of Education and Biopolis. The Institute has facilities that include lecture rooms, reading rooms, lounge area, resource centre and recreation zones.
