The programme comprises a standardized curriculum, resources that have been designed to cover the content of the EYDF, and consists of the following 5 topics: Overview of the Early Years Development Framework The Developing Child The Intentional Programme The Involved Family The Engaged Community
Fees and Funding
Students who are certified competent will be awarded the WSQ Certification - Statement of Attainment, Adopt the Early Years Development Framework. Completion of this programme is a prerequisite for attainment of Early Years Teachers’ certification.
Existing educarers with a Certificate in Infant and Toddler Care and Development (CITCD) who successfully complete the EYDF training programme will attain the EY 1 level certification, which will allow you to conduct learning and development programmes for children from 2 to 18 months (infant care and playgroup).
