Course introduction

This 2-day course aims to equip learners with the necessary knowledge on acts and legislations that govern the termination and dismissal of empolyees in Singapore. The systematic process of administering the proper execution and documentation of termination, dismissal and resignations, it highlights the methods to gathering feedback to decrease empolyee turnover and improve the company's overall working environment.
