Course introduction

This part-time diploma course (12 modules) prepare learners for career advancement opportunities in the fast-growing F&B industry, and equips learners with advanced knowledge and skillsets in F&B management. IT includes managing F&B operations, designing restaurant concepts, and optimising sales, amongst others.

Course Pre-Requisites

Entry Requirement:

Minimum of GCE 'N' Levels Certificate & above or its equivalent
Competency in Certificate and Advanced Certificate levels of knowledge and skills, and/or 2 years work experience at the supervisory or management level in the F&B service industry.

Target Audience

Who Should Attend:

Aspiring F&B professionals (Operation Supervisors, Managers, Restaurateurs and Entrepreneurs etc.) with a passion to deepen their knowledge and skill sets in the F&B service industry, and are required to manage or looking to start-up an F&B business.

SQA Cash Award of $1000 upon every successful completion of a WSQ Diploma for S'poreans*

Upon successful completion of all modules and assessments, learners will be awarded a WSQ Diploma in Food and Beverage Management, issued by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA).
