Project Pro

Course introduction

It is in the nature of organizations for individuals to interact with internal and external stakeholders in a range of role and capacity to enhance the achievement of organization goals. The quality and effectiveness of these interactions in generating strong workplace relationship and understanding are critical in driving the organization's flexibility, efficiency, innovation and growth as it advances towards its targets. The ability to correctly identify relevant stakeholders and manage expectations is pivotal to ensuring success in attaining KPIs of the business and workplace environments.
