About the Programme
Human Resources plays a key role in every organisation. From talent acquisition, employee training and development, to reinforcing the values of the business, Human Resources helps to drive employee engagement and maintain positive business culture.
The Bachelor of Science (Honours) Global Business Management (Human Resources) programme will develop students’ knowledge and understanding of key areas of global business management while exploring the theory and practice of human resources to prepare them for roles such as Human Resources Manager and Head of Operations.
Graduation & Degree Awarded
Students who successfully complete and pass the modules stipulated in the programme structure will be awarded the Bachelor of Science (Honours) Global Business Management (Human Resources) from Northumbria University, United Kingdom.
The Degree will be the same as that awarded to the on-campus graduates in the United Kingdom.

Class may commence with fewer students than indicated above, subject to resource availability. In the event of cancellation, you will be notified at least 1 week before the programme commencement date, stated in your student contract with Kaplan, and our consultants will contact you to advise on a backup plan.

Applicants with Northumbria University-recognised Kaplan Advanced Diplomas or private Advanced Diplomas will be exempted from Year 1 (Level 5) of the programme and can gain entry to Year 2 (Level 6) of the programme.
Assessment
Each module is assessed by any combination of class participation, written assignments, project or examinations. Assessment methods may vary according to individual unit requirements.
Delivery Mode
Part-time Programme
Classes are conducted on weekday evenings and weekends.
Full-time Programme
Classes are conducted for 5 days a week, 3 hours a day. Students are expected to be on campus for classes, workshops and self-study.

The Degree programme accepts a wide range of qualifications, which includes:

Work Experience
- When required, work experience will be applied as part of the admissions process. Any work experience assessment and related admissions decisions will be conducted by the University, and lead to the recognition of the achievement of learning outcomes and the award of University Credit.
