The course helps provide you with the understanding, knowledge and skills necessary for performing the role of project manager in any field and any sector. It is suitable for people from a variety of employment areas like health, IT, engineering, construction and business who want to gain the understanding, knowledge and skills to work as a project manager.

You’ll learn the processes and techniques associated with project management including cost, time, quality, risk, communication, human resources and procurement management. You’ll also be trained in leadership, team management and motivation.
