WSQ Kitchen Crew Programme


Course introduction


The WSQ Kitchen Crew Programme is a 7 days course that prepares candidates for jobs in the culinary scene. During this course participants will learn about the basic culinary skills and follow a safe and hygienic working practice of a kitchen crew. They will be train in various hands-on activities in simulated kitchen setup.

Course Content

  • Follow Food & Beverage Safety and Hygiene Policies and Procedures
  • Maintain Safe and Secure Working Environment
  • Prepare Mise En Place 1
  • Maintain Food & Beverage Production Environment

  1. WDA Course Fee Funding
    Enjoy up to 90% subsidy for all eligible Singaporeans and local PRs
  2. ​Workfare Training Support (WTS) Scheme – 95% subsidy
    WTS Scheme is applicable for:
    - Singaporeans
    - 35 years old and above
    - Monthly income S$1,900 or below
