Introduction


Depending on your interests or professional needs, you may choose to apply for any one of these hr certification courses stated below:

Compensation (2 days/15 hours)
This course equips students with practices of effective compensation and benefits and examines current and emerging issues in achieving a total rewards system.

Managing Human Capital (2 days/15 hours)
This course introduces students to key concepts and theories in Human Resource Management (HRM). Students will develop a good understanding of how HRM links with business strategy. Other topics covered include job analysis, recruitment, career management, performance evaluation, and collective bargaining.

Talent Development (2 days/15 hours)
This course outlines the principles, behaviors and actions that an organisation can consider attracting, develop and retain employee talent.

Upon completion of the three courses stated above, you will be certified with the Professional Certificate in Human Capital from PSB Academy.

Explain key procedures in recruitment and selection;
Analyse the importance of training and development; and
Review and evaluate employee performance and reward systems.

Talent Development (2 days/15 hours)
Comprehend the importance of talent planning and development;
Review and evaluate policies to retain talents;
Develop and analyse methods to develop human capital; and
Identify effective ways to manage diversity.



Entry Requirements


Compensation (2 days/15 hours)
Before attending this course, it is recommended for students to have basic understanding of human resources compensations and rewards concepts.
No prior courses or certifications are required for students to take this course.

Managing Human Capital (2 days/15 hours)

Talent Development (2 days/15 hours)

•    Usual Course Fees: S$642 UTAP is a training benefit for NTUC members to defray their cost of training.

NTUC members enjoy 50% ^unfunded course fee support for up to $250 each year when you sign up for courses supported under UTAP.

To be eligible for the funding, student will need to complete all 3 courses under the Professional Certificate in Business Analytics.
