Introduction


Depending on your interests or professional needs, you may choose to apply for any one of these digital marketing certificate courses stated below:

Digital Marketing Analytics (2 days/15 hours)
This course introduces students to web analytics tools, social media measurement tools and e-commerce analytics. Students will also learn how to apply the digital measurement tools to create reports to guide marketing decision making.

Digital Marketing Tools and Techniques (2 days/15 hours)
The course introduces students to the Internet, social media and mobile revolution that changed the way businesses conduct their marketing activities. Students will learn how to buy a domain name, set up a website, create a mobile app, produce infographics or videos and develop an e-commerce site.

Social Media Marketing (2 days/15 hours)
Students will learn how to create Facebook, YouTube and Google Ads campaigns, and apply online acquisition and engagement channels to drive traffic to the digital assets (website, mobile application and social media pages).

Upon completion of the three courses stated above, you will be certified with the Professional Certificate in Digital Marketing from PSB Academy.

Digital Marketing Tools and Techniques (2 days/15 hours)
Digital Consumer Journey;
Email Marketing & Marketing Automation;
Paid Search Advertising;
Display and Programmatic Advertising; and
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).

Social Media Marketing (2 days/15 hours)
Basics of Social Media Marketing,
Social Media Monitoring and Responding Strategies,
Social Media Channel Promotion (Facebook, Google Ads, Instagram, YouTube and Others), and
Social Media Crisis and Reputation Management.



Entry Requirements


Digital Marketing Analytics (2 days/15 hours)
Before attending these courses, it is recommended for students to have:
Familiarity in basic computer, internet usage and the Google Analytics platform
Basic understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce terms
No prior courses or certifications are required for students to take this course.

Digital Marketing Tools and Techniques (2 days/15 hours)
Before attending these courses, it is recommended for students to have:
Familiarity in basic computer, internet usage and the WordPress platform
Basic understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce terms
No prior courses or certifications are required for students to take this course.

Social Media Marketing (2 days/15 hours)
Before attending these courses, it is recommended for students to have:
Familiarity in basic computer, internet usage and the Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager platform
Basic understanding of digital marketing terms
No prior courses or certifications are required for students to take this course.

•    Usual Course Fees: S$642UTAP is a training benefit for NTUC members to defray their cost of training.

NTUC members enjoy 50% ^unfunded course fee support for up to $250 each year when you sign up for courses supported under UTAP.

To be eligible for the funding, student will need to complete all 3 courses under the Professional Certificate in Business Analytics.
