Course introduction

Introduction


The Diploma in Hospitality Management aim to provide students with the essential skills and competencies to responsibly take on appropriate jobs with moderate autonomy. The students should possess a combination of knowledge and skill to assist in Hospitality, Tourism and Hotel Industry. Further, this programme would set the basics for students intending to pursue further qualifications in Hospitality Management. The programme is designed to promote students’ understanding in the core areas of Hospitality Management which are usually the prerequisites towards more advanced Hotel or Hospitality modules

Entry Requirements


18 years of ages and above and GCE ‘A’ Level
Completion of Year 12, IB Diploma / Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent OR BAC Foundation Diploma
Mature applicants over the age of 30 with 8 years of work experience
Other qualifications on a case-by-case basis / IELTS 5.5 or equivalent OR Pass BAC English Placement Test
