Introduction

The Advanced Diploma in Business would provide a student with the essential skills and competencies needed to excel in a business career. This programme would enhance the core foundations for a student intending to pursue further qualifications in Business Studies. The programme is designed to promote a student’s understanding in the advanced core areas of business which are the prerequisites towards obtaining a degree in Business Administration, Business Studies or Business Management. The completion of the programme would allow students to embark on the final year of a relevant degree programme with an articulation with BAC College (Singapore) and its University partners. / University of Hertfordshire - Students who complete 2 years of study with 50% pass with an IELTS score of 6.0 with no less than 5.5 in any bands or equivalent will be able to enter into Year 3 of the following programmes: BA (Hons) Business Adminsitration / BA (Hons) Business and Accounting / BA (Hons) Business Studies & Logistics / BA (Hons) Business Studies with Leadership & management / BA (Hons) Business Studies with Information Systems / University of Essex - Students who successfully complete the advanced diploma in business with an overall transcript average of 60% & Standard English Language Entry Requirements in place at the time of application will be eligible to proceed on to Year 3 of all relevant undergraduate courses in the Department of Economics / University of Northumbria - All students will be required to apply to the University by normal admissions procedures and will need to achieve a minimum IELTS score of 6.5 (minimum component score of 5.5) or an approved equivalent  On doing so, students will be eligible to proceed to Year 3 of the following programmes (subject to students achieving the agreed entry standard and places being available on the programme): BA (Hons) Business / BA (Hons) Business and Finance / BA (Hons) Business and International Management / BA (Hons) Business and Marketing / BA (Hons) Informational Business Management / BA (Hons) International Hospitality and Tourism Management / BA (Hons) Logistics and Supply Chain Management / BA (Hons) Marketing Management and Business / BA (Hons) Business (with Law)

A pass in Diploma level qualification from a local polytechnic, private or foreign institution or university
IELTS 6.0 / TOEFL 550 / PTE Academic 50 or equivalent OR Pass BAC English Placement Test
