Introduction

Also known as the UK Transfer Degree programme, students on the Diploma in Law/Advanced Diploma in Law programmes are given the option to complete a 1+2 (1 Year at BAC and 2 years at a partner University) or 2+1 (2 Years at BAC and 1 year at a partner University) depending on their preference. Graduates meeting the minimum requirements may directly progress to the Bar Professional Training Course in the UK and other accepted jurisdictions. The Advanced Diploma in Law would provide you with the essential skills and competencies needed to excel in a legal career. This programme would enhance the core foundations for a student intending to pursue advance qualifications in legal studies. The programme is designed to promote yourunderstanding in the advanced core areas of law which are the prerequisites towards obtaining a degree in law. The completion of this programme would allow you to embark on the final year of a relevant degree programme with an articulation framework with our University partners. / University of Hertfordshire - Upon successful completion of the Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Law & an IELTS scoring of 6.0 (with no less than 5.5 in any bands) or equivalent, students will be eligible to proceed to the Year 3 of the Bachelor Laws (LLB)- students will then have the option to take modules which would result in an award of a degree recognised as a Qualifying Law Degree (QLD) by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority in the UK.  / Notthingham Trent University - Upon successful completion of the Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Law & an IELTS scoring of 6.5 (with a minimum of 5.5 in each component) or equivalent, students will be eligible to proceed to the Year 3 of the Bachelor Laws (LLB)- students will then have the option to take modules which would result in an award of a degree recognised as a Qualifying Law Degree (QLD) by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority in the UK. / University of Essex - Upon successful completion of the Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Law & an IELTS scoring of 6.5 (with no less than 5.5 in any bands or equivalent), students will be eligible to proceed to the Year 3 of the Bachelor Laws (LLB)- students will then have the option to take modules which would result in an award of a degree recognised as a Qualifying Law Degree (QLD) by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority in the UK.
