In this course, students will explore the elements of integrated business logistics and the role and application of logistics principles to supply/demand/value chain management. Logistics and the closely related concept of supply chain management (SCM) underpin business or corporate strategy because they inform company objectives in sales, market share, share price, returns on shareholder funds, investment, and assets.
The course also covers key activities related to logistics and supply chain management, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, customer service, and purchasing.
Furthermore, students would be able to put their theoretical knowledge into practice through a 6 months Industrial Attachment.
Upon successful completion, students will be awarded the Diploma in Logistics and Supply chain Management by Coleman College. This qualification widens the job opportunities in careers ranging from retail manager, store manager, sales and merchandiser, department manager and more.

Basics of Statistics
Critical Thinking Skills
Logistics Supply Chain and Warehouse Management
Transportation and Distribution Management
Inventory and Cost Issues in Supply Chain
Workplace Safety and Health Practice
The course duration is 12 months
Full Time: (6 months of Institutional study and 6 months of Industrial Attachment).
Maximum allowed period for the student to complete the course is 18 months
