Entry Requirements

General Entrance Requirements for Admission:

17 years or older at time of registration with the University; AND
Satisfy course requirements in English; AND
Three approved *GCE ‘A’/H2 level subjects that are at least grades B, C, C; OR
International Baccalaureate Diploma of 28 points overall; OR
Polytechnic diplomas with a Grade Point Average of ≥ 2.6.
Exemptions will be assessed upon application.
Applicants who do not meet the above requirements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

English Language Requirements:

GCE O Level – C5 or better in English, or an IELTS overall score of at least 6.0 with a minimum of 5.5 in each band/skill or equivalent score in another recognised test if they obtained their qualification from countries where English is not the standard medium of instruction and/or their first language.

Eligibility criteria
NAA-SOAS Study Award is awarded to individuals who demonstrated outstanding academic achievements, leadership qualities and special talents.
Open to Singapore citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents and Foreigners.
Outstanding academic results:
3 approved GCE A level subjects grades of at least BBC; or
International Baccalaureate of 32 points overall; or
Polytechnic Diploma with a Grade Point Average of ≥ 3.0.
Good conduct with academic reference/testimonial.
Must not be a recipient of other scholarship / sponsorship or study award.
Terms & Conditions
The quantum of the Study Award is up to 20% of total tuition fees payable, excluding GST.
The Study Award holder is required to pass every module for the award to be maintained, and obtain the degree qualification within the minimum period required of the course of study.
The Study Award holder must be a good role model and serve as an ambassador to promote NAA programme outreach during the period of study.
