Commencing with the foundations of customer service, the course covers operational aspects of hotel services (front office, housekeeping, food and beverage) extending to developing skills in supervision and business management.
Students are required to complete 33 Competency Units (16 Core Units and 17 Elective Units) in 12 months of full-time study on campus training and 6 months Industry Placement Program (IPP)**.

Entry Requirements


Eligibility
Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and International Students are eligible to apply for the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management.
Entry Requirement
Singaporeans & PRs:
Singapore GCE O level or equivalent with minimum of 3 passes (C6 and above) in English, Mathematics and one other or equivalent.
International Students:
Successfully completed Secondary or High School education that is equivalent to Singapore GCE O Level with satisfactory results and attendance.
Other qualifications will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Applicants must be of age 17 and above. 
If you have not completed your secondary studies, you need to be at least 21 years of age with demonstrated capacity to meet course requirements and relevant work experience.

International Students - Minimum English Language Requirements
International students must have a good command of written and spoken English. William Angliss Institute English Language entry requirements must be demonstrated by ONE of the following:

Mode of Instruction/Delivery
Instruction may include lectures, discussions, excursions, guest speakers, demonstrations, case-studies, practical exercises and activities. The practical Industry Placement Program (IPP) ** provides students with real life application and extension of the skills and knowledge gained in the first 4 terms.
