Introduction


The 'Diploma in Facilities Management' course focuses on the processes and operations carried out during the post construction of buildings. Facilities Management (FM) is a vital department contributing to today's building construction which underpins the building's facilities and business processes.

The programme's aim is to introduce the principle and concept of FM to students. Facilities Management is a leading profession that not only effectively aids in the maintenance and management of building assets, but is also a strategic business decision.

'Diploma in Facilities Management' equips students with tools and techniques to handle the Facilties Management industry in Singapore as well as internationally. As a professional in FM, the students need to be well versed in the principles, applicable management functions, and effective operations on all building facilities.

Entry Requirements


  • Minimum Grade E in any 3 GCE 'A' Level, including English and 2 Science subjects or equivalent; or
  • Minimum C6 in any 3 GCE 'O' Level, including English and 2 Science subjects (Grade C6 and above) with 3 years' working experience in the engineering in the engineering field; or
  • Working Experience: Matured candidate with other relevant certificate qualification with 5 years' relevant work experience.
