Course introduction

Singapore is renowned for its commitment to fostering technological innovation and advancements. Many businesses are dedicated to developing green technologies and sustainable practices, including innovations in renewable energy, waste management, and eco-friendly construction. Businesses leading the charge in innovation must factor in the long-term viability of their solutions, as innovations lacking sustainability may yield short-term gains but could lead to significant long-term problems.   
This training course aims to highlight sustainable management of innovation and help learners take advantage of sustainable innovation as key drivers of growth.

Course Outline

At the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Support implementation of innovation initiatives in the department

WHAT IS THE MANAGING SUSTAINABLE INNOVATION COURSE METHODOLOGY? 
Participants will learn through lectures, case studies, group exercises and discussions. There will be a written assessment and a case study assessment at the end of the course. Upon achieving Competency, Learners will obtain a Statement of Attainment from SkillsFuture Singapore.
