Course introduction

Learners will be able to integrate a range of classroom management strategies that facilitate implementation of curriculum while enabling observation and documentation of children’s learning according to their diverse needs.



Course Outline


Course Content:
The learner will be able to achieve the following learning outcomes upon completion of training:
LO1: Identify the fundamentals of behaviour management & basic principles of behaviour
LO2: Count and record behaviour and identify positive functions of children’s behaviours
LO3: Conduct functional behaviour assessment
LO4: Adapt classroom management strategies to engage children and suit their needs.
LO5: Manage behaviours of children with special needs
LO6: Discuss information of children’s learning with stakeholders

Trainer Profile


Our Lecturers

All our lecturers are selected based on their subject expertise, experience and dedication. They are required to possess at least a Masters in their subject expertise. With their years of work experience, they will also be able to illustrate topics in class with real world examples. We are committed to provide a high standard of service by promoting an environment conductive to student learning through a low student-teacher ratio of 30:1. Currently, we have 50 adjunct lecturers.
