Course introduction

The Internet of Things (IoT) describes the network of physical objects - “things” - that are embedded with sensors, software, and other technologies for the purpose of connecting and exchanging data with other devices and systems over the internet.

IoT is essentially a platform where embedded devices are connected to the internet, so they can collect and exchange data with each other. It enables devices to interact, collaborate and, learn from each other's experiences just like humans do

Some of the examples, include Smart Home, Smart City, Driverless Cars, and connected system. 

How do we incorporate this into our corporate strategy for the future? What are the skills needed and the opportunities presented in our COVID era?
