Performance management encompasses a hosts of activities, assessments, interventions and if managed well, is proven to be one of the most powerful system for both managers, employees and companies. Linking employee development to competency-based performance management ensures knowledge transfer; succession planning and employee learning needs are met as part of the daily operations - paving the way to building a healthier, more productive workforce which attracts and retains qualified talents.

With the right tools, resources and trained staff managing this programme, the much talked about wrong perception may be a thing of the past. It is often said that management has great intentions but poor execution. This course therefore focuses on the development and implementation of performance management in the organization by adopting a Competency- based approach.

Be trained by a highly acclaimed Competency-Based Coach, Elizabeth Chan, with her experience of over 20 years in HR Management & Development and HR training & consultancy. Having developed and implemented competency frameworks for more than 40 industries, Elizabeth is also a certified on-the-job training facilitator and consultant as well as a pioneer and master trainer for the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) Program. Elizabeth is also a Certified Practising Management Consultant (PMC) by the Singapore Business Advisors & Consultants Council and a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach & Trainer.
