Course introduction

Gallup research has proven that the best opportunity for people to grow and develop and net the greatest return on investment is to identify the ways in which they most naturally think, feel and behave and then build upon those talents to create strengths: the ability to consistently provide near perfect performance.  Strength-based development is unique in that it builds on one's area of greatest potential rather than seeking to shore up weaknesses, there is nothing wrong with being aware of our weaknesses and manaing them, but our greatest opportunity for success lies in building on our natural talents - not in fixing our weaknesses.  Strengths-based development is based on a simple notion that a person's talents do more than make him or her an unique individual. Your greatest talents - the ways in which you most naturally think, feel and behave - represent your innate power and potential.

Course Duration 
8 hours = 1 day program, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Accreditation
Conducted by a certified Strengths Coach by Gallup.

Certification
Participants will receive a certificate of completion from CBLD upon completion of the training program

Elizabeth Chan

Be trained by a highly acclaimed Competency-Based Coach, Elizabeth Chan, with her experience of over 20 years in HR Management & Development and HR training & consultancy. Having developed and implemented competency frameworks for more than 40 industries, Elizabeth is also a certified on-the-job training facilitator and consultant as well as a pioneer and master trainer for the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) Program. Elizabeth is also a Certified Practising Management Consultant (PMC) by the Singapore Business Advisors & Consultants Council and a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach & Trainer.
