Developing Personal Resilience


Course introduction

In today’s ever transformational and challenging environment driven by digital and technology advances in numerous areas, personal resilience is arguably an important resource to develop in employees for coping well. The aim of this course is to introduce to participants the skills that will increase their confidence in their ability to bounce back from the many pressures and adversities they encounter in today’s ever transformational workplace. Participants will learn key aspects of being resilient such as accepting that change frequently creates opportunities in the face of problems to be solved.
