Trainer Profile


Benjamin Lee Soo Ting

Ben is an experienced IT professional with a keen interest in Data analytics and is also a trainer specialising in information technology management, data science analytics and ICT research.

He has over 30 years career spanning various key IT roles such as CIO, Strategy and planning, MIS, Operations and Program manager across business entities in Manufacturing, Exploration, Retail, Sales and Marketing and HR. He started his career journey in SCO(Mindef), then crossed over to the Oil and Gas sector, then became a businessman and is now also a trainer.

Ben graduated with a master’s degree in Physics (Astro) from the National University of Singapore. He has since obtained further qualifications including a Doctorate in Business Administration, Master of Business Research, Bachelor of Laws (Hon) and a Graduate Diploma in Finance. He is also a certified wine advisor (CWA).

Ben is a passionate trainer, coach and mentor of staff and students during his career and believes in the nurturing and development of talent and enriching them to attain their aspirations.
