WSQ Participate in Negotiations powered by Wiley

NTUC LearningHub

Course introduction

What's In It For Me The art of negotiation is an essential tool in an increasingly interconnected world. Professionals working across various sectors constantly find themselves negotiating with global stakeholders to reach agreements on difficult issues while maintaining harmonious business relationships. Negotiation also enables individuals to go beyond the scope of their authority and persuade others to follow them. The ability to negotiate is the key quality of all great executives, and the good news is that great negotiators are made, not born. Course Overview WSQ Participate in Negotiations powered by Wiley, aims to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills to prepare, lead and manage a negotiation process, and to use a variety of tactics to process information effectively to negotiate in different situations. In particular, this course has a strong focus on negotiation processes in Asia, and provides insights into the best practices and pitfalls of negotiation with business counterparts in major Asian economies. Upon completion of this course, participants will find themselves confidently equipped to tackle any negotiation situation.
