Mr Ronnie Tan is the Managing Director of Thomas Management Systems Pte Ltd.
Mr Tan is an experienced HR and OD Practitioner who has held senior-level appointments in regional and corporate HR leadership roles. He was responsible for building effective regional human resource infrastructure and teams, building relationships with people of different cultures and developing leadership development programs. In addition, Mr Tan is adept in executive coaching, succession planning, identifying and developing potential employees to fill key leadership positions in the companies he has served.
Prior to Thomas Management Systems, Mr Tan served as HR and OD leader in multinational companies, including W.L. Gore & Associates, ABN AMRO and Maxtor. He was also the practice manager for change management at Arthur Andersen (Singapore). Mr Tan has broad leadership experience in the manufacturing (electronics, chemicals and gas), banking, retail, health care (medical devices), and consultancy industries.
Mr Tan has coached and mentored senior level executives. A firm believer of the power of communication and transformative leadership, Mr Tan is passionate in the areas of change management, organisational development and implementation of organizational cultures. He is able to leverage on his experience and knowledge of human resources and change management to produce results for his clients.

Graduated with a Masters in Management Science from Imperial College London, he is an Associate Lecturer with SIM University, giving lectures on HR, OD and HRD. Mr Tan and his family live in Singapore.
