Course Introduction

This programme includes a 6-month internship with AccorHotels or Ponte Group and aims to develop hotel management professional capable of dealing with the challenges presented by an industry operating in an expanding and turbulent environment. It empowers and enables students to learn in a relevant, engaging and rigorous environment that focuses on key operational and management processes.

6-month Internship Programme:
• AccordHotels includes brands such as Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel, Novotel and Swissotel.
• Ponte Group  

Consultancy Project
Students will get the opportunity to collaborate with the hotel’s management and work on a consultancy project to produce an analytical solution that addresses real-world issues faced by the industry.

Entry Requirements

  • Kaplan Diploma
  • Polytechnic Diploma
  • Other Private Diplomas and/or Foreign equivalent qualifications will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
In all cases, the final decision for admission to the programme rests with the University.

English requirement:
  • Successful completion of an approved Diploma qualification or higher, where the language of instruction was English can be considered
  • Applicants are required to meet the University's English language requirement

Fees & Funding

Tuition Fees
The tuition fee covers university registration, study guides, intensive seminars and workshops, assignments, examination (if applicable), projects, Degree (if earned) and transcript.
Programme fee: S$21,774.50  payable in 6 instalments (inc. GST)

Non-tuition Fees
• Non-refundable application fee: S$181.90
• Student development fee: S$214.00

Programme Structure
This programme consists of 12 core units and can be completed in a minimum of 18 months.

Assessment Methods
Various units use a combination of formal examinations and coursework assessment. The assessed work you complete in the course of your study and internship will count toward the class of degree awarded.

Processional Accreditation:
The Hotel Management degree is accredited by the UK Institute of Hospitality.
