Chee Wee is currently an audit partner in RSM Singapore, who assists clients through its Professional and Business Services practice (PBS). PBS is dedicated to providing practical solutions for service companies and education institutions with respect to assurance, consulting and outsourcing support.
He also leads statutory audits for clients in diverse industries such as fund management, trading and public-listed companies in the real estate and manufacturing industries.
Chee Wee spent more than 10 years with a Big 4 firm in Singapore, the USA and China with portfolio of financial service clients. After the Big 4, Chee Wee was with a multinational broker-dealer as its CFO in Singapore.
Jeremy is a seasoned venture equity and venture debt executive with over a decade of experience in early and growth stage start-ups. He began his career in technology and has developed several patents during the course of his early career. He then went into technology investing covering global start-ups in a wide range of industries such as healthcare, cleantech, adtech, and consumer/business-related business models. Jeremy spent a number of years in Silicon Valley, heading up the EDBI California USA office from 2009 to 2014.
Jeremy has operating experience managing a robotics start-up which was eventually acquired. He was also appointed the board of directors of several technology companies, eventually taking some of these companies public and with others acquired by large corporate investors. In this capacity, Jeremy had worked with major venture debt funds in the US to structure debt financing for his start-up portfolio. Subsequently in 2015, he was headhunted to DBS Singapore to kick-start its venture lending practice for South and Southeast Asia.
Jeremy has a PhD in Engineering from Southampton University (UK), postdoctoral training at Imperial College London (UK), and a Master of Engineering degree in robotics from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore).
Formally a senior manager leading a team of 13 in RE&S Enterprises Pte Ltd, Irene has been in the Food & Beverage industry for more than 2 decades. Her experience spans over the restaurant management to marketing and human capital management. During her stint in the restaurant operations, she groomed restaurant management teams as part of the business expansion plans. Equipped with strong restaurant operation knowledge, she moved into the marketing and HR spaces to impart and integrate the functions for better support. The importance of learning, unlearning, relearning is impressed on everyone more than before in a nation movement of SkillsFuture. With a wide spread of learning courses and method of delivery, an individual needs to know his objective before selecting the most suitable one for him.
She is also the Enlightened Coach using IDENTI3 profiling tool to map into employee development needs that are aligned to their career aspirations and the organisation strategy. The coaching and training provided increased team morale, strengthened teamwork and achieved a 5% internal promotion rate. She believes that coaching, training and application of learning will generate mutual benefit for the organisation and individual.
Siang Hui [LLB (Hons), FSIArb] is a partner in the firm J.S. Yeh & Co; and has been in legal practice for about 14 years. His main areas of practice are in civil and commercial dispute resolution, and its various forms such as litigation, arbitration, mediation, neutral evaluation as well as adjudication.
As building and construction disputes are one of his areas of practice, the clients for whom he has acted for include developers, management corporation strata title plans, architects and other consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, as well as private home owners.
Outside of dispute resolution, he also undertakes vetting and drafting of contractual agreements, deeds and related documents. He also advises on family asset management, including the areas of wills, probate and estate administration.

Cho founded Ezer Consulting Pte Ltd in 2012 to provide Strategy, Lean Six Sigma and Project Management consulting, coaching and training services. He has more than 20 years of corporate experience serving in consulting and business management roles in Microsoft, Accenture, General Electric and Singapore Technologies. He established and led the Lean Six Sigma practice and Project Management Office at Microsoft Asia Operations.
Cho currently also serves an Associate Faculty at the School of Business, Singapore University of Social Sciences as well as an Associate Trainer at Civil Service College. Cho received his full-time MBA (Distinction) from Warwick Business School and B.Eng from NUS. Cho is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has developed and delivered many customised Lean & Lean Six Sigma training programs and workshops.
