he MSc Computing is awarded by the School of Computing & Mathematical Sciences (CMS). The subject area of Computing Science at Greenwich has been ranked above all other London new (post 1992) universities, and CMS is a winner of the Queen’s Anniversary Prize for Higher Education and the European Information Society Technologies (IST) Prize.
The MSc Computing is designed to provide students with a wide variety of up to date modules to enhance their knowledge and skills. It provides a framework for IT professionals to further develop the knowledge, skills, tools and techniques they need to further their careers. Problem solving, professional ethics and practices, as well as advanced transferable skills permeate and underpin the programme and its constituent modules.
Accredited by the British Computer Society (BCS). The programme can lead to full exemption from the BCS Postgraduate Diploma and PGD Project. Additionally, this qualification gives partial Chartered Engineer (CEng) status and can be combined with a partial CEng from an accredited BSc course to give full CEng status
