Introduction

The Competency Unit (CU) enables individuals to acquire the skills and knowledge to apply teamwork in the workplace. The CU specifies the skills and knowledge used by operators in the logistics industry. The CU includes :

• Participate in team establishment
• Participate in developing team culture
• Communicate with team members
• Assist to improve team performance

Assessment

Practical and oral/written tests are conducted on Day 2 between 6.00 pm to 7.30 pm

Appeal / Reassessment

Candidates can apply for appeal for their assessment outcomes within 7 working days after receipt of the result. The appeal fee is $32.10 inclusive of GST.

In the event if the candidates did not pass the assessment and wish to re-take the assessment, the re-assessment fee is $32.10 inclusive of GST.

Full Course Fees

$400 + GST $28 = $428

Funding support available:

Enhanced Workfare Training Support (WTS) for older, lower-income Singaporeans

• Training support of 95% of course fees
• Absentee Payroll : 95% of worker’s wage for employer-sponsored trainees
• Training Allowance: $4.50/training hour for self-initiated trainees

For company-sponsored participants from non-SMEs
Rank and File Level	80% course fee supported by WDA
PMET Level	50% course fee supported by WDA
Absentee Payroll	80% of hourly basic salary capped at $4.50/hour

Payment will only be required after the course is confirmed.
(The status of the course would usually be advised one (1) month before the course start date.)
