Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) is an important globally recognized credential in the field of Project Management, administered by Project Management Institute (PMI). Passing the exam and obtaining the CAPM credential will demonstrate your commitment to project management excellence. This intensive workshop uses accelerated learning to help you prepare you for the CAPM exam. " Alan has over 28 years of industry experience with specialization in IT systems and project management. He gained experience serving as a Research & Development Engineer with the Bell Laboratories, as Programme Manager with the Defence Technology Group (Singapore-MINDEF), as Senior Consultant at the Singapore Productivity & Standards Board and also Assistant Director (Systems Development) for the largest public transport operator in Singapore.
Alan is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Project Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI). He also holds an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), a national qualification awarded by the Singapore Workforce Development Authority (WDA). Arena has over 20 years of industry experience in information technology, leading and managing small-to-large scale projects. As a Regional Technology Systems Manager with Stanley, she led a team of professional executives providing IT, software development, technical and project implementation services for the company's operations in South East Asia, Japan, China, Taiwan, Thailand and India.Arena is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®).She has a Master's Certificate in Project Management and an Associates Certificate in Business Analysis from George Washington University, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in Microsoft Office Project 2007, Diploma in Action Based Training from Atlantic International University. Arena is a certified Neuro Linguistics Programming practitioner and coach with the American Board of NLP. She also holds an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) from WDA. She is also certified to facilitate the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) and DISC. Terence has more than 23 years in ICT project management experience specializing in banking and telecommunications/IT industries. He gained these valuable working experiences in project management with the National Computer Board, ABN Amro Bank, Getronics and Nokia.
Throughout his career, he had managed large and diverse range of projects in both regional and global capacity. Among the highlights, he's led the installation and deployment for one of the first mobile data networks in APAC, managed the IT re-organization for a mobile phone factory, setup and headed the global IT-PMO including rewriting the project management methodology. As the role of the project management office also involves training/facilitation, Terence has trained many project managers, facilitated numerous project workshops and program/project closure debriefs.
Besides holding the Project Management (PMP, Scrum) and Risk Management (PMI-RMP, CPRM) credentials, Terence has also obtained certifications in cloud computing, ITIL, Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI) and is ACTA certified. "
