Critical Thinking for Leadership Role

MDIS

Course introduction

Today, the definition of "bank" refers more to a "click and mortar" concept as compared to the traditional "brick and mortar" concept, which many of us have experienced in the past. How can we constantly evaluate the transformation and continue to reengineer the processes to meet he increasing demand of the customers? Critical thinking clarifies goals, examines assumptions, discerns hidden values, evaluates evidence, accomplishes actions, and assesses conclusions. More than ever, we must be able to clearly reason through problems and to present arguments in a logical, compelling way or even to reasonably challenge "standard operating procedure" or workflow processes.
