Course introduction

Real Estate Salesperson (RES) Course is a compulsory preparatory course for aspiring Real Estate Salespersons to undergo. All Aspiring Real Estate Salespersons must complete the RES Course conducted by a CEA Approved Course Provider (ACP), before taking the industry RES Examinations. Passing the CEA mandatory examination or possessing equivalent qualification is one of the registration criteria for entry into real estate industry.

In this RES Course, you will acquire in-depth knowledge on the rules, regulations, policies and procedures pertaining to real estate agency practices. The objectives of the RES Course is to ensure that aspiring entrants are prepared for the RES Examination and are equipped with the necessary knowledge as a Real Estate Salespersons.



Target Audience


Open to public, the applicant must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registering with CEA.
