Course introduction

Project Management Fundamentals |Agile goes beyond techniques to bring innovation, responsiveness, and quality to. This course provides foundation-level information on Knowledge Areas of the PMBOK Guide—Fifth Edition aligned with the Project Management Institute (PMI), designed for those who need a rock-hard understanding approach to managing project, without it getting “heavy”. It covers all aspects of a project’s life cycle enabling participants to effectively put the fundamentals of project management and all associated principles to work at their own organizations. It can be used in guide small, simple projects as well as complex enterprise-wide initiatives with a solid know-how as to how things work and how to make things work better from defining the problem, establishing project goals/objectives and building a project plan to managing team, resources, reporting on performance, keeping a project on track, gaining customer acceptance, meeting deadlines, etc…and closing the project within allocated budget.



Course Pre-Requisites


1. Minimum 2 years Project / General People Management experience
2. Minimum 1 Year working on Project teams with PMI or any agile methodologies. This requirement is in addition to the first point.
