Over 15 years’ experience in marketing and branding Eugene has trained and spoken at major corporations including Oracle, Citibank, BHP Billiton, DBS, ANZ, Singapore Technologies, Mizuho, Western Digital etc, and has acquired a reputation as a humorous and engaging speaker. He is a passionate advocate for Personal Branding, and regularly coaches students, professionals and entrepreneurs to utilize online and offline tools to boost their Personal Brand for greater career success.
Eugene has over 15 years’ experience in marketing and branding. During his career, Eugene has lived and worked in Asia’s two main financial hubs – Singapore and Hong Kong – and managed multi-cultural teams covering Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea, and India.
Prior to corporate training, Eugene spent 13 years at the Singapore Exchange and global investment banks helping senior management from various industries manage their impressions and strategise effective communication with their global shareholders. During this time, he was a guest speaker at investment conferences offering advice on communication best practices.
Eugene graduated from the Nanyang Technological University with a 2nd Upper Honours degree in Communications, and was awarded the Advanced Certificate of Training and Assessment from the Singapore government body - Workforce Development Authority. He is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
