Module 2: Communication and Emotional Intelligence
• Learn how to effectively communicate your vision to inspire others.
• Develop emotional intelligence skills for building strong relationships.
• Interactive Activity: Role-play challenging leadership scenarios to practice empathetic communication.

Module 3: Visionary Leadership and Goal Setting
• Craft a compelling vision that aligns with organizational values.
• Set SMART goals to turn the vision into actionable steps.
• Interactive Activity: Create a vision board representing your leadership aspirations and present it to the group.

DAY 2:
Module 4: Fostering Innovation and Adaptability
• Explore techniques to encourage a culture of innovation.
• Embrace change and guide your team through transitions.
• Interactive Activity: Brainstorm innovative solutions to a hypothetical business challenge.

Module 5: Empowerment and Team Development
• Learn how to empower team members to take ownership of their work.
• Provide constructive feedback and support individual growth.
• Interactive Activity: Conduct a feedback session, focusing on strengths and growth areas.

Module 6: Personal Transformational Leadership Plan
• Reflect on your learnings and insights from the workshop.
• Create a personalized action plan for applying transformational leadership principles.
• Interactive Activity: Share your action plan with a partner, discussing potential challenges and accountability strategies.
