Course introduction

The popular River Monster environmental awareness programme has now been tailored for pre-schoolers (3 yrs and up) and lower primary students! The programme starts off with an interactive story-telling session introducing environmental topics such as pollution and sustainability. Thereafter participants will have a hands-on experience to observe, monitor and pick up litter from the shores of the Marina Reservoir. The programme ends off with a hands-on Upcycling session where participants get to bring home a personal crafted item made from upcycled materials!

Course Outline

Duration: 2 hours

Equipment / Items needed: Clean-up and Upcycling materials will be provided. Participants are to bring their own personal water bottles, wear comfortable outdoor attire with covered shoes and bring a cap.

$200 fixed cost per session for one class of up to 20 participants
