Trainer Profile


Richard Wong

Richard Wong is a Digital and Social Media Practitioner, Consultant and a Certified Trainer (Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment, ACTA). He has accumulated more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the areas of IT and Business Management services and has knowledge conducting business overseas and in Singapore.

He has worked in the Retail, Industrial, Manufacturing, FMCG, Food, Services and Infocomm Technoology industries. Today, his experiences allows him to integrate and implement the IT tools and business marketing knowledge to tap into the new social media community.

Richard has given training in the area of Social Media in Singapore and Malaysia including participants from Tourism Australia, Maybank, Citygas, essiLor, Far East Hospitality and many more. He has also worked in several Social Media Marketing projects with recognised brands such as Cisco and Toshiba.

Richard has been interviewed on Singapore Official 938Live radio, quoted in AsiaOne and has given many talks on the subject of Social Media. He is also a nominee for the Singapore Spirit of Enterprise Award, 2012.
