Oon Tik Lee, V. Ravindran OR Dr. Kavita Sethi

Oon Tik Lee has more than 25 years in the IT industry, where he has held various management positions: CEO (designate) and Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President, General Manager, Country Director, Marketing Manager and Account Manager.

He has conducted numerous workshops for senior and middle level management executives in the areas of: Solution selling, Account Management, Strategic Sales management, Effective Communication and Presentation skills, Sales Leadership and Effectiveness, Think on Your Feet, Influence Management, Team Building and Effectiveness, Managing Change Effectively, Strategic Goal Setting, Problem Solving Win-Win Negotiations, Service Excellence, Project Management, Leadership and Teams, Time Management, Financial Management and Effective Technical Trading



V. Ravindran has more than 15 years experience in business management leading teams, managing projects, managing change, business development and consulting.

He has worked as an Executive Consultant in Ernst & Young Consultants, involved in the implementation of Budget and Cost Management Information Systems, Management Accounting Systems for the Army and Navy and developing their strategic plans.

He has a Postgraduate Diploma in Systems Analysis from Institute of Systems Science, Bachelor of Science (Pure & Applied Chemistry) degree from National University of Singapore and a Master degree in Business Administration from Imperial College University of London.

He is also a Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Cambridge-SMG Certified Trainer.Based in Singapore, Dr. Kavita Sethi, Principal Consultant, Strategic Management Group, is an accomplished consultant, assessor and business coach with over three decades of experience that spans a wide array of entrepreneurial, business and managerial roles and responsibilities. She has lived and worked in different parts of the world, giving her an excellent opportunity to work with clients across cultures and geographical boundaries.

Well versed in competency-based training and assessments, Dr Sethi specialises in strategy and leadership development. She has designed and implemented learning solutions that include global rollouts with Fortune 500 companies and local conglomerates such as APB, ANZ, Agilent Technologies, CapitaLand, Citi, DLF Universal, DHL, Covidien, exlServices, Genpact, Hewlett Packard, IBM-Daksh, IDA, IMC, JCI, Motorola, OCBC, Phillips, Prudential, Public Bank, Siemens, SingTel, Toshiba and Village Roadshow among others.

Complementing her training and consulting experiences, is her extensive hands-on shop floor and project management experience including setting up and managing a manufacturing company producing components for home appliances.
