Course introduction

The aim of the Table Etiquette Workshop is to provide participants with the appreciation and an understanding of the basic knowledge in table manners & etiquette in a formal setting. They will gain insights of food and drinks and their service.

Above 12 years old

Course Outline

On completion of this module, participants will be able to know:

how to use table napkin
when to start eating
how to use your silverware and dinnerware
the general social and dining etiquette rules
the specific food type etiquette guide
