This advanced level Engineering degree programme consists of 16 courses. It may be completed in 30 months through distance education mode, as follows:
Entry Requirement
Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent qualifications in relevant areas of engineering.
Relevant industrial experience, amounting to at least 1 year.
Delivery Method
Each term is a 5-month period covering 3 courses of study. Each course is provided with 20 hours of academic sessions (5 consecutive of 4 hours each) after office hours in the evening.
Assessment Methods
Each unit is assessed by any combination of class participation, written assignments, project or examinations. Assessment method may vary according to individual Unit requirements
Graduation and Degree
Graduates will be allowed to use the award title BEng or BEng (Hons) after their names
