Marcus started his hospitality career at the Regent Hotel in Sydney (now the Four Seasons) whilst studying Hospitality Management at Ryde Catering College in Sydney, NSW.

With more than 14 years of work experience in the related field, he had worked with InterContinental Hotels Group and AccorHotels (Sofitel Melbourne, Pullman at Sydney Olympic Park, Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach, Sofitel Brisbane Central) and is now, a General Manager of Novotel Singapore Clarke Quay.

Marcus was also elected as President of the Queensland Hotels Association, Accommodation Division in 2015.

She is now the Head of Marketing, Southeast Asia at ICAEW (The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales).

Amy is adept in marketing for B2B and B2C businesses and strategy development that integrates different marketing application especially in digital area to drive acquisition and to meet business goals. Her track record includes spearheading a successful e-commerce platform, implementation of various best in class and award-winning marketing initiatives, and launching many prominent events in the region.

Edgar Tham is Singapore's first sport psychologist. He is a founder of Republic Polytechnic's School of Sports, Health and Leisure in 2005 and he is an Associate Faculty member of Psychology and Sports/PE in Singapore Institute of Management University (SIM).

He is also a co-author of Mental Toughness Strategies of the World's Greatest Athletes (2010) and has made other publications as well.
